Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website or engaging our logistics services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services Provided
We provide freight forwarding, customs clearance coordination, warehousing, and related logistics services as described on our Services page. Specific terms for each shipment are governed by the individual booking agreement, which takes precedence over these general Terms in the event of a conflict.
3. Tracking Information
Tracking information is provided for convenience and reflects the most recent status available in our system. While we strive for accuracy, tracking data may occasionally be delayed due to factors outside our control (carrier delays, customs processing, etc.). Tracking status is informational and does not itself constitute a request for payment or a legal notice.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipment information, required documentation, and timely payment of any applicable duties, taxes, or fees as communicated directly by our team through official channels. Customers are responsible for ensuring shipped goods comply with applicable import/export laws.
5. Prohibited Items
We do not accept shipments containing items prohibited by applicable law, including but not limited to illegal substances, weapons, or goods subject to export restrictions, unless separately agreed in writing with appropriate licensing and documentation.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from delays, loss, or damage to cargo, except as provided under applicable carrier liability conventions and our service agreement.
7. Payment & Fees
All charges related to a shipment will be communicated directly and in writing prior to or during service. We do not request payment through unsolicited messages referencing a tracking number, and we encourage customers to independently verify any payment request that seems inconsistent with prior communication from our team.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through the applicable jurisdiction’s courts or arbitration process as specified in your service agreement.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise specified in an individual service agreement.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
